Styleexpo was founded in 2000 by accessories designer Tracey Schuster and her husband Anibal Escobar as an online-only tradeshow serving new and emerging accessories designers. Styleexpo was one of the first online B2B marketplaces, connecting hundreds of designers and retailers during it's 2 year run.
From these roots, Styleexpo continued serving the fashion industry by creating and hosting custom-made e-commerce websites for designers, showrooms and retailers. In addition, it offered low cost, high quality and timely product photography for use on these websites. Other servics included linesheet generators, search engine optimization and B2B e-commerce sites, becoming a "one stop shop" for the fashion industry's e-commerce needs.
Currently, Styleexpo offers product photography through studios in NYC and downtown LA, working with brands large and small. It has a team of experienced photographers, stylists and retouchers that are experts in all types of photography for e-commerce, recently adding 360 photography to its offerings. Styleexpo uses online tools developed in-house to facilitate the picture management process for its clients, delivering a level of service hard to find in the commercial photography world.
Styleexpo has now leveraged it's experience in the fashion industry to create an easy to deploy, yet feature rich, virtual tradeshow platform, offered to tradeshow operators everywhere. As tradeshows add virtual components to their physical events, Styleexpo is there to help facilitate this process and to continue meeting the online needs of the fashion industry.
